Awards Available to Senior Nursing Students
All senior nursing students (RN to BSN students, traditional students, and second degree students) will receive a form to complete should the student wish to be considered for an award. The form and due dates will be supplied to the students by the senior level coordinator. Senior faculty will select those to be awarded with input from all nursing faculty.
Brockport Foundation Scholarships & Awards
The Brockport Foundation awards more than 350 scholarships annually (across academic departments). These scholarship range from departmental to college-wide awards.

Alumna Honored by Parks and Trails New York
Theresa Bowick '09, RN-BSN program graduate (pictured third from right), was honored with the "Get Outdoors Award" from Parks and Trails New York for her creative efforts to promote physical activity and trail use along Rochester's El Camino Trail. Theresa is the founder of the Conkey Cruisers Bicycling-to-Better-Health Voyage, providing residents of Northeast Rochester with the tools and motivation to enjoy the El Camino Trail for recreational and health benefits. Her leadership role also includes coordinating clinical health services along the trail using student nurses.
