Special notes regarding the Anatomy & Physiology requirement and MCC courses:

  • BIO 134 Human Anatomy & Physiology I (3 credits)
  • BIO 135 Human Anatomy & Physiology II (3 credits)
  • BIO 142 Human Anatomy (4 credits)
  • BIO 143 Human Physiology (4 credits)

Physical Education will accept BIO 134 and BIO 135 as meeting the requirement for Brockport's BIO 221.

Will NOT accept only one of the BIO 142 and 143 combination at MCC, but will accept BIO 142 and 143 as the prerequisite to PE Teacher Certification. A student who comes to Brockport with only one or the other will need to take BIO 221 or BIO 321 & BIO 322 at Brockport or complete the companion course at MCC.
