New online retirement plan enrollment and management system
Launch of the new online system to manage your Optional Retirement Program (ORP) and/or Voluntary Savings Plan Accounts. The payroll office is no longer able to accept paper Salary Reduction Agreement (SRA) forms.
On November 3, 2017, SUNY will launch a new retirement and enrollment management system called Retirement@work. This will provide improved services through an easy-to-navigate online system. You will be able to:
• Enroll in the 403(b) Tax-Deferred Annuity Program, if you are not already enrolled.
• Change your investment providers for your ORP and 403(b) Tax-Deferred Annuity Program (TDA) accounts.
• Manage (increase, decrease start, stop) your salary deferral 403(b) elections online.
• View your ORP and TDA account balances from any investment provider.
On November 3, 2017, Retirement@work will go live. All deferral and allocation changes must be made through Retirement@work. Please see link below for the newly created Brockport retirement@work webpage.
The payroll office is no longer able to accept paper Salary Reduction Agreement (SRA) forms.
A letter from SUNY System Administration dated September 2017, which included this information, was mailed to employees that are currently enrolled in the ORP and/or TDA. Additionally, detailed login instructions from TIAA dated October 2017 were mailed to all current enrollees.
