Ways the Campus Community Can Help the Raye H. Conrad Welcome Center Be Better Prepared to Serve Campus Guests

Parking and Transportation, located at the Raye H. Conrad Welcome Center, assists all visitors coming to the College. In fact, we are their first impression of the College. We provide guests with a warm greeting and basic campus information, in addition to a campus map, directions, and a parking pass.
We would like to be well-informed in order to provide the best customer service and we ask for your assistance in the following ways:
1. Are there materials related to your department, division, and/or program you would like to have displayed at the Conrad Welcome Center for the convenience of our guests? Send packets our way.
2. When hosting a campus event or departmental function, please keep us informed so that we can best assist your guests. Keep in mind these important reminders when expecting guests/visitors on campus:
a. When planning events, use the Event and Guest Parking Request Mach form. See link provided below.
b. When using the College room reservation system, be sure to keep in mind if off-campus guests are expected and select appropriate category.
c. In most instances, there is a $5 fee to park on campus. Departments can pay in advance, and visitors can pick up their pass at the Conrad Welcome Center. Meters are also an option for short-term parking needs. Pay stations are available in lots T (Tuttle) and V (SERC) and may be an economical option, as you pay for the time needed. $1/hour. Coin or cash only.
