Dr. Jie Zhang, Associate Professor, Education and Human Development, and Dr. Priya Banerjee, Professor/Interim Director, Special Sessions, awarded certificates of recognition as Open SUNY Online Teaching Ambassadors
Dr. Jie Zhang and Dr. Priya Banerjee are being recognized as Open SUNY Online Teaching Ambassadors, for “Exemplary online SUNY educators, who are enthusiastic and effective in online teaching, and who can be positive and strong advocate(s) for online teaching in our SUNY community”. As Ambassadors, they are awarded a certificate of recognition and a digital badge in honor of this distinction. Their profiles are featured on the Open SUNY Commons Community website, and they are afforded opportunities to be online teaching advocates and to share their thoughts with the community in various ways throughout the year. They will be awarded with a certificate of recognition at the 4th annual Open SUNY Summit held in NYC at the SUNY Global Center, February 28 - March 2, 2018.
