CELT Brown Bag: So You Want to Develop an Internship Course?: Lessons Learned from Psychology – Presented by Laurel McNall
Join us Friday, March 2, 12:15 – 1:15 pm for this week’s Brown Bag at Edwards Hall (100B).
Surveys show students who participate in internships have more positive college experiences and are more successful in their career goals; still, many departments do not offer academic internships due to the challenges in developing successful internship courses. In this talk, Dr. Laurel McNall will describe her experience as she designs an undergraduate psychology internship course, sharing the lessons she has learned along the way, including input from members of the Academic Internship Committee.
