Dr. Barry Hettler’s paper, co-authored with A. Forst, entitled “Disproportionate Insider Control and Audit Quality” has been accepted for publication in the journal Auditing: A Journal of Practice and Theory. SOBAM Finance major, Emre Serbetci, worked with Dr. Hettler in data collection for the paper.
Dawn Footer, a student in the MS-Accounting and MPA programs will be presenting the paper entitled “ARIA Agile Framework: An Organizational-Level Implementation Strategy” at the Society for Advancement of Management (SAM) - March 22-24, 2018. Her faculty sponsor is Dr. Jack Cook.
Dr. Yuanlong He presented his paper “High or Low? Some evidence about the US corporate tax rate.”, co-authored with Yin Thompson (Oakland University) at the Decision Science Institute's 2017 Annual Meeting at Washington D.C. on Nov 19th, 2017.
