Special Spring Break MachForm Workshops
MoTek is offering two different levels of workshops over Spring Break for both novice and practiced users of MachForm, an online form/survey tool offered through The College at Brockport. Register now!
MachForm is a service provided by The College at Brockport that enables faculty, staff, and select students to create and manage forms of all types: surveys, information requests, applications, and more. It is located at http://forms.brockport.edu and can be accessed on Macs, PCs, and mobile devices.
The Introduction to MachForms Workshop will introduce new and inexperienced users to the MachForm service by providing hands-on training on how to build a basic form and navigate the system. The Advanced MachForms Workshop will provide hands-on training incorporating logic, notifications, automatic scheduling, and HTML. Attendees will also learn best practices when designing a form for a positive user experience, as well as how to analyze form data using reports. The Advanced MachForms Workshop is intended for those who have completed an introductory workshop or already have extensive knowledge of the system.
MachForms Introduction Workshop: Wednesday, 3/14, 10:30 am – noon
MachForms Advanced Workshop: Thursday, 3/15, 10:30 am – noon
Both workshops will be held in Drake 53 (Lower Level).
See the link below to register.
The Introductory and Advanced MachForm Workshops will be presented by members of The Mobile Technologies Team at Drake Library (MoTek). MoTek supports and promotes mobile technology at The College at Brockport through training and outreach. Team members are Ashley Hurrell, April Quattlebaum, Kilauren Guthrie, and Pat Maxwell.
