Benefits of Plant-Based Nutrition Above and Below the Belt with Jane Esselstyn, RN

Come see Jane Esselstyn, RN for a discussion on the benefits of plant-based nutrition! Wednesday, 4/18, at 6 pm in Eagle's Lookout.

The School of Education, Health, and Human Services, KSSPE, Athletics, and the Department of Nursing are excited to host Jane Esselstyn, RN for a discussion on the benefits of plant-based nutrition! As a nurse, researcher, and mother, Jane has created on-ramps to the plant-based way of life through speaking and writing. She is a co-author of the Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease Cookbook and The Engine 2 Cookbook, and creator of the recipe section in Plant-Strong and The Seven Day Rescue. Jane also hosts the annual conference “Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease for Women” where she discusses how a plant-based diet is the most powerful, relevant, and protective medicine we have.
