This three-hour workshop draws on the scientific research on well-being and resilience to help participants develop a personalized plan. Learning to rebound quickly from stress is key for our well-being both in our personal lives and at work. Come learn simple, empirically-based strategies that improve our ability to cope well with the stress of our ultra-busy lives and that increase our happiness and success. Use these tools to build your own personal resilience toolbox!

Registration begins at 8 am, and a continental breakfast will be served from 8 to 8:30 am.

The program will be facilitated by Dr. Christine Allen from Insight Business Works, Inc.
Dr. Allen has been providing executive coaching, team building, talent selection and assessment, and other training since 2009. With 20 years of previous experience as a clinical psychologist, Dr. Allen helps leaders and teams identify needs and discover and use their strengths. She excels at improving communication within teams, and she specializes in helping employees develop resilience and effectiveness.
