Celebration of book launch and SUNY Brockport eBooks authors

Please join us for a celebration of faculty and emeriti authors who have published in SUNY Brockport eBooks.

Thursday, May 3, from 1:15-2:15 pm

Drake Memorial Library - Queen Room (main floor)

We will be celebrating the launch of our most recent book by emeritus professor John Maier, titled Gilgamesh and the Great Goddess of Uruk, as well as recognizing the other books in our collection, including:

Substance Abuse Interventions: Catalysts for Change: Criminal Justice and Community Collaboration by Gary Metz and Richard C. Lumb;

Desarrollo de valores y destrezas sociales apropiadas por medio de la educación física y el deporte: Una guía para maestros y entrenadores by Amaury Samalot-Rivera; and

Columna deportiva: Artículos sobre deporte, ética y sociedad by Cesar R. Torres & Claudio M. Tamburrini.

SUNY Brockport eBooks considers for publication on The College at Brockport’s digital repository, for free and open access, quality work produced by:

Brockport faculty and staff (current or emeriti)

Brockport students (current or alumni)

Authors/editors whose work relates to The College at Brockport or its neighboring communities

Manuscripts should be electronically submitted for consideration to SUNY Brockport eBooks editors Kim Myers or Jennifer Kegler.
