Additional Commencement Volunteers Needed for Important Roles

More volunteers are urgently needed in order to make the undergraduate Commencement ceremonies a success. We need your help, and the deadline is fast approaching: sign up by May 4!

Commencement is the most exciting time of year for our graduating students and their families — and for the faculty and staff who have supported them along the way. This is what our work in higher education is all about!

Graduate Commencement is Friday, May 11, at 5 pm in the SERC Field House.

Undergraduate Commencements are Saturday, May 12, at 9:30 am and 2 pm in the SERC Field House. More volunteers are needed for these ceremonies in particular.

We have a variety of important jobs that need to be filled by volunteers from the College community. Whether you like to work inside, outside, with students or with their guests, we can find a job that’s a good match for you.

To browse job descriptions and sign up for one or more shifts, use the volunteer link below by Friday, May 4.

We appreciate you! As a small token of appreciation, a buffet-style “Thank You” lunch will be offered on Saturday from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm in the Tuttle South Gymnasium.

With your participation, our students and their families will have an amazing Commencement experience.
