Staff from the Offices of Human Resources and LITS are committed to ensuring EagleEmploy, our applicant tracking system, meets the needs of all users. We are continually monitoring the functionality of the system, and, based on feedback we have received, certain aspects of the system are being redesigned.
Effective immediately, the job description module has been disabled to shorten the amount of time it takes to post and fill positions. Attached is an instructional reference guide on how hiring managers create a requisition. We have also renamed some application statuses and removed others to enhance the user’s experience.
