PROVOST’S POST-TENURE FELLOWSHIP enables full-time tenured faculty to cover expenses associated with substantial scholarly endeavors in their home disciplines.
PRE-TENURE DEVELOPMENT AWARD assists full-time tenure-track faculty in their first five years of service at Brockport who have not yet received tenure approval to pursue scholarly activity AND submit external grant application(s). Funding may be used to conduct research or creative projects valued by their home departments’ APT documents as fulfilling scholarship requirements for tenure and/or promotion.
SCHOLARLY INCENTIVE AWARD helps full-time tenure-track, tenured, and three-year QAR faculty advance scholarly production in their home disciplines. DISTINGUISHED PROFESSOR'S AWARD FOR GRADUATE STUDENT RESEARCH is a competitive, merit-based award for matriculated graduate students enrolled in a master’s program at The College at Brockport. Supports student efforts to produce a substantial and original scholarly project—research and/or creative endeavor—that fulfills program requirements. Preference is given to students working on their master’s thesis or capstone research/creative projects.
