Information Technology Self Service Portal (ServiceNow) gets a new look.
The IT Self Service Portal’s new look has a modern, easy-to use interface that can be opened from any device. This new design provides an intuitive way to search the service catalog and the knowledge base simultaneously.
From the search box on the new home page, you can search the knowledge base, service catalog, and Q&As. The new IT Self Service Portal is designed to make it easier to request equipment and services from IT (Request) or report an issue you may be experiencing (Incident).
Once a ticket is entered, you can track its progress and easily see your ticket history by clicking on the "My Tickets" button on the home page.
