Dress Down Days to Benefit the YWCA Warm Beds Program

Faculty and staff are invited to participate in two dress down days to benefit the Warm Beds program through the YWCA. On Friday, March 8 (International Women's Day) and Monday, March 25 join us in supporting a good cause!

The YWCA Warm Beds program supports women and children in the Rochester area who are in need. $50 can provide a Warm Bed for a woman or family for one night which includes a hot meal, clothes and bedding, transportation and the services she needs to find her path to empowerment.

The college is happy to support this initiative and will also be working with student groups throughout the semester to spruce up a wing of 13 rooms used for the program.

On Friday, March 8th, celebrate International Women's Day by making a donation to dress down to help local women in need. Then, ease back in after spring break by dressing down and donating on Monday, March 25!

Donations are $5 per day and participants will receive a sticker to wear showing their support. Point people have been identified all over campus so feel free to stop by the person identified in your building!
