CSEA Representative Needed

Do you like helping others? Can you keep information confidential? Are you able to volunteer a few hours of your time? The EAP Board is looking for a member to represent the interests of CSEA members.

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) here at The College at Brockport (part of the NYS EAP) is a negotiated benefit designed to help employees identify and resolve personal and work-related problems so they can better balance the demands of work, home and life which ultimately increase productivity in the workplace. Services are confidential, voluntary and offered at no cost to employees and their families.

Our campus currently has two coordinators, Gary Metz and Patti Follansbee. Guidance is received from a regional representative and the Committee meets monthly to discuss how to best address issues being brought to the coordinators’ attention, as well as offer programs and wellness initiatives.

Please e-mail or call Susan Vasquez at slvasque@brockport.edu or 395-5806 by March 22, 2019, if you are interested in joining the committee.
