Zachary Robinson, Assistant Professor in Physics, Publishes Paper with Student Co-Author
Zachary Robinson and his research student Andrew Rowley recently co-authored a publication in the Journal of Vacuum Science and Technology. The paper was selected as the "Editor's Pick" and highlighted on the journal's website.
As a part of Andrew's summer research project, he used the GenX simulation package to model X-ray reflectivity data collected at the Cornell High Energy Synchrotron Source. The data and simulations were included in a paper published with coauthors from the U.S. Naval Research Labotory titled "Influence of temperature on atomic layer epitaxial growth of indium nitride assessed with in situ grazing incidence small-angle x-ray scattering."
You can find a link to the publication here: https://avs.scitation.org/doi/10.1116/1.5081919 or at the Brockport Physics Twitter account: https://twitter.com/bportphysics
Andrew's summer research was supported by the Mancuso Summer Research Fellowship.
