BASC Chefs are “Forward Thinking”

In partnership with The Humane Society, BASC chefs participated in a plant-based culinary training.

At Brockport Auxiliary Services Corporation, we are always striving to meet our customers' needs and desires. Plant-based diets, like vegetarian and vegan, are becoming increasingly more popular. BASC welcomed the opportunity for our on-campus chefs to expand their knowledge in order to include more plant-based recipes on our menus to add to customers’ health and satisfaction.
