OneDrive Training Available!

On March 16, Filecity1 (also known as your Home or P drive) will be going away and will be replaced by Microsoft OneDrive. To help prepare for migrating your files to OneDrive before Spring Break, Brockport IT is offering OneDrive training sessions

On March 16, Filecity1 (also known as your Home or P drive) will be going away and will be replaced by Microsoft OneDrive. Please note, this does NOT include FileCity 2 departmental shares. To help prepare for migrating your files to OneDrive before Spring Break, Brockport IT is offering OneDrive training sessions. If you have not attended a department OneDrive training or you have a department of less than 10 people, we encourage you to sign up for one of the scheduled trainings using the “Sign up for OneDrive training!” link below. Registration is required to ensure there will be a computer available for each attendee.

Additionally, if you are unable to attend a scheduled training or would like to schedule a departmental training for 10 or more people, please submit a OneDrive Ticket using the “OneDrive Training Request” link below.

If you need additional assistance migrating your files, please contact the IT Service Desk to assist you in a remote session or enter a ticket for assistance using the “Submit a ticket” link below.
