REMINDER: Performance Programs and Evaluations
All Management Confidential and Classified Management Confidential staff evaluations for the period covering July 1, 2019, through June 30, 2020, are due to the Office of Human Resources by July 15, 2020. Please note, if an employee does not have a performance program in effect for the 2019-2020 year, an evaluation cannot be completed. Additionally, please note that the evaluation period should align with the dates on the 2019-2020 Performance Program.
Please meet with your M/C employees to complete their performance programs for the period covering July 1, 2020, through June 30, 2021, and submit the programs to the Office of Human Resources. The performance program period begin date should be from the date the supervisor and employee meet to sign the performance program through June 30, 2021. For example, if the supervisor and the employee meet on August 1, 2020, for the employee to sign the performance program, the performance and evaluation period will be August 1, 2020, through June 30, 2021.
For signing purposes, while we are conducting business virtually, you and the employee may respond via email stating “This email is acknowledgement of my signature on and receipt of the attached program and/or evaluation.” Employee feedback may be given via email as well.
Any program evaluations conducted virtually and any acknowledgments made via email may be forwarded to Human Resources email at email@example.com. Questions regarding performance programs and evaluations may be directed to Debra Eggebrecht.
