IT Service Delivery Message During COVID-19

The safety of the campus community is paramount as college employees come back. Following recommendations to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 by the Governor, County Executive, CDC, and college leadership, technical support technicians will be following strict social distancing, personal hygiene, and personal protective equipment (PPE) practices. Adhering to these practices may add time to the duration required to perform and provide service. We ask for your patience as wait and response times may increase both on the phone and in person.
