Departmental Mail Needs to be Accepted

While much of the campus community continues to telecommute, there is a concern that time-sensitive mail has not been looked through and/or processed.

Departments need to ensure that someone from the office is consistently checking incoming mail to ensure that invoices, bills, etc., are being appropriately processed.

The mailroom currently delivers to departments that requested mail deliveries in buildings where mailroom personnel have access. Departments can also pick up their mail in the Allen Administration Building from 8 am–4 pm, Monday through Friday. Mailroom staff is also willing to bring mail to the curb outside of Allen for curbside pickup.
