Attention: Supervisors of CSEA Represented Employees

REMINDER: CSEA Performance Programs and Evaluations

Performance evaluations for CSEA represented employees who had a performance program in effect for 2017 should be completed and submitted to the Office of Human Resources by January 19, 2018.

Performance programs for the 2018 calendar year, covering January 1 through December 31, should be dated from the date the supervisor and the employee meet and initial the performance program through December 31, 2018. At this time, the supervisor and employee should complete Section 1 and Section 2A of the Performance Evaluation Program. The employee should initial and date Section 2A and the original performance program should be submitted to the Office of Human Resources.

Please note, timely submission of performance programs and evaluations are a contractual requirement. All CSEA performance programs and evaluations are due to the Office of Human Resources by January 19th.
