Automatic Increase in Dues Deduction for CSEA Represented Employees

Beginning with the paycheck dated January 10, 2018, there will be an automatic increase of Dues and Agency Shop Fee for Employees represented by CSEA.

Beginning with the paycheck dated January 10, 2018, employees in Bargaining Units 02 and 03 will see an automatic increase in their deductions for Dues and Agency Shop Fee, based on the annual salary of the employee. The new deduction amounts can be seen in the table below.

Note: Employees who receive an increase to their base salary, increments or longevity payments with an effective date after January 1, 2018 will remain at the same amount for the calendar year 2018.

The deduction amount for hourly and per diem employees will be deducted at 1.3% of biweekly gross salary, not to exceed $30.15 and exclude location pay and overtime.

Under $5,000 = $6.74

$5,000 - $9,999 = $10.01

$10,000 - $12,999 = $13.79

$13,000 - $15,999 = $16.72

$16,000 - $21,999 = $18.73

$22,000 - $27,999 = $20.81

$28,000 - $29,999 = $21.19

$30,000 - $31,999 = $22.47

$32,000 - $33,999 = $23.60

$34,000 - $35,999 = $24.03

$36,000 - $37,999 = $25.24

$38,000 - $39,999 = $26.49

$40,000 - $44,999 = $27.37

$45,000 - $49,999 = $28.05

$50,000 - $54,999 = $28.74

$55,000 - $59,999 = $29.42

$60,000 and above = $30.15
