M. Canbolat and J. Cook have been invited by Hochschule Ludwigshafen am Rhein (Ludwigshafen University of Applied Sciences) to co-teach in their MBA program.
M. Canbolat’s paper, “Optimal Allocation of LDOs and Decoupling Capacitors within a Distributed On-Chip Power Grid” has been accepted for publication in ACM Transactions on Design Automation of Electronic Systems.
C. Watt’s paper “Legislation governing tobacco use in Ontario’s retirement homes” has been published in Journal of Aging & Social Policy.
B. Hasnat’s paper on “Big Data: An Institutional Perspective on Opportunities and Challenges” has been accepted for presentation at the prestigious 2018 Allied Social Sciences Associations (ASSA) Conference organized by the American Economic Association.
J. Bhadury’s paper, “Effect of Residential Proximity on University Student Trip Frequency by Mode” has been accepted for publication in Travel Behaviour and Society.
B. Hettler and J. Cordeiro: their paper, “Excess Insider Control and Corporate Social Responsibility: Evidence from Dual-Class Firms” has been selected to receive the McGraw-Hill Education Distinguished Paper Award at the annual meeting of the American Accounting Association, Southwest Region (AAA-SW) to be held in Albuquerque, NM, March 7-10, 2018.
Y. Liu’s paper, “The Effectiveness of Clawback Adoptions in Mitigating Over-investments – Does Board Governance Play a Role?” was accepted for publication by Advances in Accounting.
