OER Course Development Initiative

Brockport, with a grant from SUNY, is providing $500 OER Course Development Incentives to encourage faculty to investigate and implement OER in their high enrollment, general education courses.

Open Educational Resources (OER) help students afford the high cost of college by providing free or low cost textbooks or alternatives. Brockport, with a grant from SUNY, is providing $500 OER Course Development Incentives to encourage faculty to investigate and implement OER in their high enrollment, general education courses.

To receive an incentive, you will need to:

Meet with a librarian before spring break (March 10, 2018) to discuss resources for your course.

Submit a revised syllabus for your Fall 2018 course by June 1.

For more information or to apply, visit the link below.

You may make an appointment to meet with a librarian or instructional designer for additional help or stop by Drake Library, lower level, Room 55A on Tuesdays for walk-in hours from 1 to 3 pm.
