Spring '18 Jennifer M. Lloyd Women and Gender Studies Essay Prize
Please consider nominating an essay for the spring '18 Jennifer M. Lloyd Women and Gender Studies (WMS) Essay Prize opportunity.
Dr. Jennifer M. Lloyd is faculty emerita in the Department of History and a prior director of Women and Gender Studies. In tribute to Dr. Lloyd, this prize seeks to recognize outstanding undergraduate writing addressing issues on/about women and/or gender.
Faculty may nominate outstanding undergraduate papers written on women and/or gender submitted for coursework undertaken during the latter part of spring ’17 through the spring ’18 semester submission deadline. Similarly, undergraduate students may self-nominate papers written on women and/or gender completed during this same academic period. Topically appropriate submissions are accepted from all disciplines.
Entries can be submitted in hard copy to the WMS Program, 118 LAB, or via email attachment to firstname.lastname@example.org
