CELT Brown Bag: Proven Model of Effective Course Design - Ann Pearlman and Jie Zhang
The first thing to consider when developing an effective course is what students should know and be able to do upon completion. Participants in this hands-on session will design a lesson, using the backwards course design model that aligns learning goals, teaching and learning activities, and feedback and assessment.
