Learn How to Move your Paper Forms Online with MachForm
MachForm is a service provided by The College at Brockport that enables faculty, staff, and select students to create and manage forms of all types: surveys, information requests, applications, and more. It is located at http://forms.brockport.edu and can be accessed on Macs, PCs, and mobile devices.
The Introduction to MachForm Workshop will introduce new and inexperienced users to the MachForm service by providing hands-on training on how to build a basic form and navigate the system. The Advanced MachForm Workshop will provide hands-on training incorporating logic, notifications, automatic scheduling, and some css styles. Attendees will learn best practices when designing a form for a positive user experience, as well as how to analyze form data using reports.
