Attention: Supervisors of CSEA Represented Employees

FINAL REMINDER: CSEA Performance Programs and Evaluations

Performance evaluations for CSEA represented employees who had a performance program in effect for 2017 should be completed and submitted to the Office of Human Resources by Wednesday, February 28.

Performance programs for the 2018 calendar year, covering January 1 through December 31, should be dated from the date the supervisor and the employee meet and initial the performance program through December 31, 2018. At this time, the supervisor and employee should complete Section 1- Employee Identification and Section 2A-Performance Program. The employee should initial and date beneath Section 2A and the performance program should be submitted to the Office of Human Resources.

The Performance Program and Evaluation form entitled, Performance Program/Evaluation Form – CSEA Employees is available on the HR website at under the header Evaluation/Performance Program/Probation.

Please note, timely submission of performance programs and evaluations are a contractual requirement. All CSEA performance programs and evaluations are due to the Office of Human Resources no later than Wednesday, February 28. In March, a report will be prepared for President’s Cabinet, denoting the names of employees whose performance programs and evaluations that are delinquent.
