In a few short days, we will be welcoming students back to the College for the new academic year. To accommodate Welcome Week activities and move our students in to their residence halls the WW Committee is relaying the following important information.

Monday, August 20 – Friday, August 24

There will be NO OVERNIGHT parking allowed in lots O, P, Q, or R. Vehicles may park in lots V1 and X. Violators may be ticketed and/or towed. *Thursday & Friday evening, no overnight parking in lot A.

Wednesday, August 22 – Friday, August 24

Lots O, P, Q, and R (off Residence Drive) will be used for short-term parking for unloading only. Alternate parking is available in all other lots with the exception of Lot L (Admissions). *Thursday & Friday evening, no overnight parking in lot A.

Thursday, August 23 and Friday, August 24

Residence Drive will be restricted to one-way traffic westbound from Kenyon to Holley Street between 8 am and 6 pm. Deliveries will be restricted for those buildings on Residence Drive.

All vehicles need to be removed from the middle section of lot V (near SERC) by Friday, 4 pm until after Saturday, 3 pm. Residence Drive will be closed to traffic on Saturday from Perry Hall to Mortimer Hall from 8 am – 6 pm. This would include access to the Harrison Hall loading dock.
