Earth Science Students Present at Geological Society of America Annual Meeting
Four students, Reilly Blocho (GEL '19), Cindy Brownson (ESC '19), Eliza Crane (WTR '20) and Peter Valenti (GEL '20) presented their research at the national Geological Society of America meeting in Indianapolis last week. Their research ranged from the organic geochemistry of the Maarcellus shale to the geochemistry of regional lakes and streams, and using geophysical tools to locate 200 year old graves. The meeting was attended by over 7000 geoscientists from around the world.
