Eddie Murphy received his undergraduate degree in dance from SUNY Brockport and an MS in Special Education from the University of Arizona, and has performed with dance companies in Arizona, California, Washington and Albany, NY.  He returned to Rochester and founded the Drumcliffe School of Irish Dance and the Drumcliffe Dance Project.  A certified teacher and adjudicator of Irish dance whose students regularly compete and win awards in national and international competitions, he teaches Irish Dance and Introduction to Dance at Brockport.
