Learning extends beyond the classroom. We encourage students to take advantage of services and engage in our community through activities.

Life at Brockport
It's not about leaving home, but coming home. Residential life can be the foundation for developing friendships that last a lifetime. We provide a safe and comfortable environment, including staff that helps support you. We also provide shared common residential experiences in our Living Learning Communities.
Students consistently rank our dining services among the top of all SUNY schools. We provide a great culinary experience with diverse menus, including vegan, vegetarian, and ethnic entrees. With a sense of community in mind, we offer meals in dining halls as well as cafés located around campus. Meal plans are flexible and affordable.
Health & Counseling
The well-being of our students is a priority. We address student health holistically through the Hazen Center for Integrated Care. Services offered include ambulatory medical care as well as personal and group counseling. We also provide prevention and outreach training on responsible decision-making, creating a healthy campus community, and developing healthy lifestyles.
Time spent outside the classroom is an important part of college life. It's an opportunity to socialize, develop new interests, cultivate leadership, and further explore existing interests. We have 100+ clubs and organizations that fit almost any interest including Brockport Student Government, The Stylus, and 89.1 The Point. Students can even start a club or organization.
