  1. After opening document in Adobe Reader, click the Accessibility Tool. (If this tool is not readily available, the user will need to click Edit Manage Tools Accessibility Add Shortcut to add to the tool bar.)

  2. On the document page, click Accessibility Full Check Start Checking. Allow the report to run and then on the left hand side the user will be able to view any Accessibility Issues.

  3. The user will be able to click on each section of the Accessibility Issues and resolve them by clicking on the box icon above and selecting Fix. Once the red X switches to the green checkmark then the problem is fixed. Please note there might be some issues that have to be fixed manually.
