Client Cancellation Policy
Failure to call Membership Services at 395-5051 at least six hours prior to the appointment will result in the client being charged for the appointment.
Trainer Cancellation Policy
If a trainer fails to show up for a session, or cancels the session without six hours notice, the trainer must reschedule the session.
If the trainer fails to reschedule two or more sessions, the client has the option to ask for a new trainer or be refunded the unused sessions.
