Group Exercise classes at Brockport allow students and members the opportunity to work out under the guidance of certified group exercise instructors.

Emphasis is placed on fun, safety, and wellness as participants are led through a variety of different class options. Classes include: Zumba™, PiYo™, cycling, yoga, and more. Classes are geared toward all fitness levels, and instructors are skilled in adapting exercises as necessary based on a participant's skill level.

Group Exercise — Virtual Instruction
We are now offering virtual instruction group exercise classes provided by Wellbeats.
Wellbeats Virtual Fitness is the premier on-demand fitness provider that delivers fitness classes, workout plans, and fitness assessments. Wellbeats proprietary content and technology enable individuals to take control of their health with fitness solutions that fit their lives. Well beats offers hundreds of virtual fitness classes with something for every age, stage and ability, ranging from classes, workout plans and fitness assessments everyone can enjoy. Classes range from 1 – 50 minutes in length.

Classes are free for College at Brockport students. All other members will need to purchase a Group Exercise Membership Pass at the Membership Services Desk. This pass can be used to attend any classes throughout the semester. A single group exercise pass can be purchased for $6.
