Group Exercise

Our Group Exercise schedule changes to accommodate the needs of our students and members. We post a new schedule at the beginning of each semester, and update it right after midterms. We also have a modified schedule during finals week, as well as during any breaks.

Strength and Conditioning w/ Skylor (8:30 - 9:30 am)


Cycling w/ Emily (3- 4 pm)


Bodypump w/ Amy (5 - 6 pm)


Barre w/ Sophia (6:30 - 7:30 pm)


Zumba w/ Lauren (7:45 - 8:45 pm)

Tuesday

Pilates w/ Rose (8 - 9 am)


Zumba w/ Ashley (2:30 - 3:30 pm)

 

Bodypump/Cycling w/ Kirsten (3:45 - 4:45 pm)


Cycling w/ Claire (5:15 - 6:15 pm)


Yoga w/ Emily (7:30 - 8:30 pm)

Wednesday
