Group Exercise

Our Group Exercise schedule changes to accommodate the needs of our students and members. We post a new schedule at the beginning of each semester, and update it right after midterms. We also have a modified schedule during finals week, as well as during any breaks.

Monday

Pilates w/ Rose (8 - 9 am)
Zumba w/ Ashley (2 - 3 pm)
Cycling w/ Emily (4 - 5 pm)
Zumba w/ Lexi (5:30 - 6:30 pm)
Bodypump w/ Amy (7:15 - 8:15 pm)
PiYo w/ Rose (8:30 - 9:30 pm)

Tuesday

Cycling w/ Emily (4 - 5 pm)
HIIT w/ Claire (5:15 - 6:15 pm)
Zumba w/ Catherine (6:30 - 7:30 pm)
Bodypump w/ Kirsten (7:45 - 8:45 pm)

Wednesday

STRONG by Zumba w/ Lisa (8 - 9 am)
Bodypump w/ Amy (5 - 6 pm)
Zumba w/ Lexi (7:15 - 8:15 pm)
Yoga w/ Emily (8:30 - 9:30 pm)

Thursday

Cycling w/ Peyton (8 - 9 am)
Zumba w/ Catherine (5 - 6 pm)

Strength and Conditioning w/ Skylor (6:15 - 7:15 pm)
Yoga w/ Emily (7:30 - 8:30 pm)

Friday

Pilates w/ Rose (8 - 9 am)
Zumba w/ Ashley (12:30 - 1:30 pm)
Bodypump w/ Amy (2 - 3 pm)
