Frank Noll is a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC), who recently graduated with his Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from The College at Brockport. Frank graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from SUNY Geneseo in 2006. After graduating with his bachelor’s degree, Frank held several business positions throughout the Rochester area, before attending graduate school to follow his passion of counseling. Frank completed his clinical internship at the Hazen Counseling Center, where he worked with individuals with various presenting concerns. Frank is a Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor Trainee (CASAC-T) and is currently working towards his hours for licensure. Frank is an active member of the American Counseling Association (ACA), the New York Mental Health Counselor Association (NYMHCA), and the Association for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender Issues in Counseling (ALGBTIC). While Frank is a generalist in practice, he is particularly interested in working with individuals with sexual orientation or gender identity concerns.
