The Brockport community is rallying together to help our SUNY visitors.
SUNY Brockport has been overwhelmed with requests from our local community who wish to support the 18 students who are under precautionary quarantine after having to return from their study abroad trips in Italy.
The State of New York and SUNY have spared no expense to ensure that these students experience minimum discomfort during their stay. Their rooms are equipped with toiletries, snacks, and some entertainment. However, community support would surely enhance their experience.
If you would like to support these students, we suggest the following items:
- Snacks and candy
- Items that could serve as entertainment — magazines, single person handheld games, jigsaw puzzles, etc.
We CANNOT accept:
- Perishable food
- Homemade food
- Monetary donations
