Fall 2018 Townhome Information

Pay your advanced housing deposit online (via WebBanner)! Check out the online instructions, by visiting The Office of Student Accounts webpage (instructions are on the left side of the page, third tab down)!

February 14 at 5 pm - deadline to pay Townhomes deposit in the Office of Student Accounts. You may also call them at (585) 395-2473.

February 15 at 5 pm - deadline to submit Townhomes application

February 16 by 5 pm - Townhomes Captain notified of status/selection time

February 21 from 6 to 8 pm - Selection Night at the Townhomes Community Center!

Eligibility

  • All students on the application must:
    • Be a Junior or Senior with a minimum of 54 credits at move-in
    • Be pre-registered for Fall 2018 by 5/15/18
    • Be eligible to live in the residence hall system
    • Pay the $100.00 Advance Housing Deposit in the Office of Student Accounts (or online) by 2/13/18 at 5 pm. You may also call them at (585) 395-2473.

Rankings

  • Rankings are based on class year and total credit hours earned toward a Brockport baccalaureate program by each student, at the end of the Fall 2017 semester.
  • Credits earned are added up and combined for the students in each application group.
  • Each group will be assigned a "team captain" who will be the main contact person during the selection process.
  • ***Individuals, pairs, or groups of 3 may be combined, to create complete groups of 4 during the selection process.

What’s Included:

  • The Student Townhomes house 208 students in 52 units.
  • Each climate-controlled unit is fully furnished and contains four single bedrooms, two full bathrooms, washer and dryer, full kitchen, and living room/dining area.
  • Community building and programming designed for Junior and Senior students.
  • A Community Center contains mailboxes, a lounge / multipurpose room, and the Townhomes Coordinator's and Townhomes Assistants' Offices.
  • Full kitchen with appliances, including full-size refrigerator, stove/oven, garbage disposal, dishwasher, and vacuum cleaner
  • Wireless Internet & Cable
  • Utilities included (heat, water, and electric)
  • Wall-to-wall carpeting throughout (except in kitchen and bathrooms)

Cost

Please check our RATES page for the most updated costs.

Scholarship Students: Scholarship students are eligible to reside in the Student Townhomes and the new Eagle Hall. However, students will not qualify for their full award and will only receive a $1,000 credit ($500 per semester) against their room charge and will be financially responsible for the balance.

Meal Plans: Students residing in the Student Townhomes are not required to have an on-campus meal plan. There are options specifically designed for Student Townhomes residents, if interested. Please visit BASC for more information.

Please note: The On-Campus Housing Agreement is binding for one full academic year, August 2018 to May 2019.

Housing Deposit

All students (including scholarship students) must pay the $100.00 Advance Housing Deposit at the Office of Student Accounts (please see above for more details)

Please note: The Office of Residential Life/Learning Communities will enter all EOP housing waivers. Please contact us if you feel you should have a waiver in. Housing deposits will not be refunded.

Ready to begin?

Each member of the group needs to submit an application. Make sure you have identified a Townhome Captain, who will receive correspondence regarding your status and priority number for selection. Also, please make sure you CONFIRM all roommates in the application.
