Community service is working with a community to address a need. Community Development collaborates with organizations and groups whose missions intersect to provide community service opportunities.

Community Development collaborates with campus organizations and departments, national nonprofit organizations, and other groups whose missions intersect to provide community service opportunities.

Through community service volunteers can learn about themselves and others while developing valuable knowledge and skills.

There are four types of service: advocacy, direct, indirect, and research.

Stay organized and keep track of your community service hours. Here's how:

  1. Log in, by clicking "Report Your Service Hours"
  2. Click on your initials at the top
  3. Select "Track Hours"
