No Dial Tone

Check This Solution
Is the phone line cord plugged securely into both the wall and the phone? If not, plug both ends in securely. You should hear and feel a click or snap as the cord is inserted into the outlet.
Is the phone line cord damaged or cut? If yes, you will need to replace the phone line cord. These can be purchased on our website.
Is the handset cord(curly cord) securely plugged into the handset? If no, push the handset cord into both the handset and phone.

Line Noise/Static

Check This Solution
Is the phone line cord plugged securely into both the wall and phone? If not, plug both ends in securely. You should hear and feel a click or snap as the cord is inserted into the outlet.

No Caller ID / Message Waiting Light

Check This Solution
Is the phone cord plugged securely into both the wall and the phone? If no, please plug both ends in securely. If yes, unplug the cord from the phone, count to 10 and plug it back in.

Fax Machine Not Working

Check This Solution
Is the phone line plugged into the fax machine and the correct wall jack? If not, plug both ends in securely. If yes, unplug the phone line and turn off fax machine. Count to 10 and then plug the phone line back into the fax machine and turn the power on.
