All awards listed below are due by November 1, 2019, and February 21, 2020.

Student Travel Grant to Present

Award up to $300 to reimburse eligible expenses associated with travel to present work at an academic conference. Full- and part-time students are encouraged to apply; open to both undergraduates and graduate students. Work must contribute to student's academic or professional development. Maximum of one travel grant award of any kind per student during a given academic year.

There are two application options—one for individual students and one for faculty/staff advisors who are sponsoring a group of students presenting at the same conference. 

As a condition of receiving a Student Travel Grant, and as a prerequisite for reimbursement of your funds, please ensure that you complete the post-grant summary.

BSG Student Travel Grant

Student must be active member of a BSG club, and attendance must support student's role in the club. Maximum of one travel grant award of any kind per student during a given academic year.

BSG Student Travel Grant for Non-Club Members

Award up to $300 to reimburse eligible expenses associated with travel to attend a conference. Full- and part-time students are encouraged to apply; open to both undergraduates and graduate students. Designed to support students who are not active members of BSG clubs to travel to a conference. Attendance at the conference must clearly enhance the student’s educational pursuits at the College. Maximum of one travel grant award of any kind per student during a given academic year.
