Academic records may be released, without the student's consent, for such purposes as legitimate research that do not divulge the student's name, and for scholarship, grant or award information.
Permanent academic records shall be released for use outside of The College at Brockport only with the student's written consent.
Faculty and appropriate College officials, as designated by the President of The College at Brockport, shall have access to academic records for such purposes as counseling, certification, or academic advising.
